The Joint Crisis Committee (JCC) is a specialized type of crisis simulation that offers a unique experience for delegates with extensive experience and debate knowledge. It consists of two or more individual crisis committees, where decisions made in one committee directly affect the others. These committees typically operate in separate rooms, debating the same ongoing crisis, and can communicate through crisis notes. Crisis committees themselves are fast-paced Model United Nations (MUN) committees that often emulate small organizations and boards, with delegates taking on specific roles rather than representing countries.
